I have Cisco 3745 Router with IOS c3745-ik9o3s-mz.123-13. I have purchased one new VWIC-2MFT-G703 card. when i install this card into all three available WIC slots , router does not recognise the card, i have tried all WIC slots but same result.
in the output of show diag it show ( Unknown WAN Daughter Card ) , any help will be so kind

According to this info it should work with your software; appearently it doesn’t. Maybe it has something to do with the crypto image. Try a different image, 12.3 mainline without crypto seems a good choice to me.
If you are not in the circumstances to load another IOS I suggest that you open a TAC case to solve this. This might seem a bit of an easy way to put you off but I do not say this often. It’just sometimes when it doesn’t work as specified, you have no other options.
