		<description>What tftp software are you using?  I&#039;ve used the free one from Solar Wind and I think it defaults to incoming files only.  You have to change it to incoming/outgoing files.  Don&#039;t forget to put your image in the root of the tftp directory.  Something I&#039;ve done once or twice myself :)</description>
